Sometimes, dog owners don't have the versatility in their daily schedule to commit to one or more of our available dog training programs. We understand and want to meet everyone's dog training needs. Our love for all dogs motivates us to find ways to help anyone who wishes to better their relationship with their fur-friend, whether it be through obedience training or specific career training.
Our Private Lesson plan is designed around your specific lifestyle and completely at your convenience! We create a specialized curriculum based on your time restrictions and abilities. We bring the training to you, in your environment. You can have us visit once or twice just to fix a problem behavior or to establish manners, or you can purchase a package of 4 visits for obedience, agility, track & rescue, trick training or therapy dog training.
If you have a busy work or errand schedule, you can bring your dog to our Puppy Park where we do the training for you! This feature is by invitation only. All the dogs are pre-evaluated, ensuring a safe and peaceful play ground.
Think of it as sending your child to school everyday!
Our Puppy Park is approx. 26,000 sq. ft.- complete with confidence building equipment and enrichment activities. The dogs are kept entertained throughout the day with socialization, games and brief training sessions such as reviewing learned skills and advancing, introducing new skills and job related skills. Each dog learns at his own pace and you are given one on one instruction, when his day is done, to achieve the best results at home. All owners are encouraged follow-up their dog's on-going education and so we provide you with a handbook to record and track your dog's progress.
Our primary goal is to help your dog achieve the AKC Canine Good Citizen's Award or the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Award. We are certified to conduct the test and will only do so with your permission and when the dog can pass all the required test items. The owner must be available to handle the dog during the test. This is a free offer to all daycare students!
All the dogs who attend Training Daycare are taught to display "Good Manners" when approached by other dogs and/or people. They are exposed to new smells, other animals such as cats, rabbits, goats and fowl and are encouraged to over come any and all insecurities. By desensitizing the dogs under our constant supervision, we help to eliminate issues that may surface later or have already begun.
We also do fun activities with the dogs like take-home crafts and interactive games with prizes! For dogs who qualify, there is an invitation to accompany us on our care center visits once a month!
These are fun and interactive visits, enrichment for both the care center residents and our dogs!
We will also introduce all of our available dog job career choices to each student, such as agility or track & rescue, to see where he excels! He gets so much out of his daycare experience, mental and physical stimulation all day long, and you get a well exercised, socialized and trained companion.
It's a win-win situation for everyone!
